We\u2019ve given you a lot more control over which collections are available offline, more information about what\u2019s available offline, and more.<\/p>\n<h3>Offline Status of Collections<\/h3>\n<p>You may notice a small green arrow has appeared next to most of your collection names.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-9810 size-full\" title=\"zenkit collection name showing offline icon with green status\" src=\"https:\/\/zenkit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/zenkit-offline-status.png\" alt=\"zenkit collection name showing offline icon\" width=\"400\" height=\"70\" srcset=\"https:\/\/zenkit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/zenkit-offline-status.png 400w, https:\/\/zenkit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/zenkit-offline-status-300x53.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This arrow indicates that the collection is available offline on your current device, and shows the status of the offline storage for that collection:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A green arrow shows that the collection is available offline.<\/li>\n<li>If the icon is flashing between black and green, it indicates that the collection is currently syncing.<\/li>\n<li>A red arrow signifies that the collection is not currently available offline because there was an error syncing the offline storage to the Zenkit server.<\/li>\n<li>No arrow means that offline access has been disabled for this collection on the device you\u2019re currently using.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Enable or Disable Offline Access<\/h3>\n<p>You can now also disable offline access on a per-collection, per-device basis. Currently, all collections are downloaded to be available offline as soon as you open them by default. To disable sync of a collection for the current device, click on the little arrow and click \u2018disable\u2019 in the menu that pops up.<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-9824 size-full\" title=\"screenshot showing offline status of a collection and settings\" src=\"https:\/\/zenkit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/zenkit-offline-sync.png\" alt=\"screenshot of zenkit collection offline status\" width=\"350\" height=\"390\" srcset=\"https:\/\/zenkit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/zenkit-offline-sync.png 350w, https:\/\/zenkit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/zenkit-offline-sync-269x300.png 269w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 350px) 100vw, 350px\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>If you\u2019d like to re-enable it at any point, you can do so via the collection settings. Click on the collection name, on \u2026 in the top right-hand corner, then on \u2018Download\u2019.<\/p>\n<h3>When Collections Are Synced<\/h3>\n<p>Collections are only downloaded to offline storage when they\u2019re opened while online. This means that your most frequently used collections are nearly always up-to-date, however, if you\u2019re going to be somewhere with no internet, make sure to open any collections you\u2019ll need offline while you\u2019re still online.<\/p>\n<h3>Offline Sync Settings<\/h3>\n<p>In your offline sync settings, found in a tab in your Zenkit profile, you can see the status of your offline storage\u200a\u2014\u200ahow many collections are downloaded, how much data is stored on your device\u2019s local storage, and whether or not autosync is enabled for the current device.<\/p>\n<p>Offline storage is managed on a per-device basis, meaning that when you make changes to your offline storage settings from your profile, it\u2019ll affect only the device you\u2019re currently using.<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-9838 size-full\" title=\"screenshot of offline tab of zenkit profile settings\" src=\"https:\/\/zenkit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/zenkit-device-settings.png\" alt=\"offline tab of zenkit profile\" width=\"500\" height=\"278\" srcset=\"https:\/\/zenkit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/zenkit-device-settings.png 500w, https:\/\/zenkit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/zenkit-device-settings-300x167.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>Autosync refers to whether or not collections that you open on this device are automatically downloaded to the device\u2019s offline storage. If you disable auto-sync for a device, new collections you create, or collections for which you\u2019ve disabled offline storage will <em>not<\/em> be available offline. If you want new collections to be available offline, you\u2019ll have to enable them for the collection manually.<\/p>\n<p>Lastly, the \u2018Clear X downloaded collections\u2019 button will clear the offline storage for all your downloaded collections. If you want to access them offline again after clicking the button, make sure to open them while you\u2019re online\u00a0\ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>You can learn more about our new offline features in our <a href=\"https:\/\/zenkit.com\/documentation#\/lists\/HJQBQ1Hw\/sections\/HyPuccz0\/entries\/r1OBhp5dM?_k=586bb7\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">documentation<\/a>.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Quick-Add Shortcut<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>With the <a href=\"https:\/\/zenkit.com\/blog\/zenkit-apps-are-now-available-for-mac-windows-and-linux\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">release of our desktop apps<\/a> last week, the quick add shortcut quickly became a favourite feature. It was so useful and easy to use that we figured we should make it available on the web version, too.<\/p>\n<p>Now, whenever you have an idea or a spark of inspiration, you don\u2019t need to navigate away from your work. Just choose the collection it should go to and then hit enter.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>A New Home for Your Zenkit Teams<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Another slight change we\u2019ve made is the location of your team settings and navigation while you\u2019re inside a collection. This is especially useful for people who frequently need to switch between collections in a team, but who don\u2019t want to have to keep their navigation panel open.<\/p>\n<p>To access team settings, click on the team name from inside the menu.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>All-New Search<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The global search feature has had a facelift!
