So sorry about that Veronica (and for my very delayed response). Did you get in touch with our support team? Is this issue still affecting you?

Hi MS, please try to import your data via ZIP.file. To do this, please go to Zenkit To Do, click on “Import from other apps”, then on “Wunderlist import”. After that please follow the instructions that will appear. Hope that helps:):

Any ideas? thanks.

Hi Joe,
Sorry about that! Would you mind contacting our support team? A screenshot of where you’re trying to add would really help us figure out what’s going wrong. You can contact them at service@zenkit.com
Otherwise I’d highly recommend you give our new product, Zenkit To Do, a try. It looks and feels just like Wunderlist, and you can import everything from the import button on the home page 🙂

Not yet, but we’re working on it, Shoaib! 👍

When I click on “New Collection” it doesn’t look anything like your screenshot. The list is “Add Item,” “New Collection,” “Create Workspace,” and “Templates and Tutorials.” There is no “Import” section.

Glad you found a fix! Just fyi, you can archive done/closed tasks with a couple of clicks. Once they’re archived, they don’t count towards your limit but are still searchable/recoverable if you need them 🙂

Hi Derek,
I apologize for the confusion – this article was written well before we released Zenkit To Do. If you’re using Zenkit Base (accessed via base.https://zenkit.com), you use New Collection > Import > Choose an app. If you’re using To Do, tyu can find the ‘Import from other apps’ option on the main menu, directly below the ‘+ Create List’ button.
